Hosting a successful event is a great opportunity for your business to gain exposure to local potential customers.  The better the event you host, the more your company will be remembered.  Events are real, live social settings where your customers or investors can interact with your company and brand and you face to face. Decide the goal of your event, then contact Designing Debby for all the necessary components of your successful event:

  • website, webpage or Facebook page where your invitees can find out all the details and register for the event
  • invitations and reminders, email and print
  • mechanism for collecting registrations or RSVPs with a payment option that’s convenient for guests
  • online promotion through email, social media and website – be sure that every one of your customers and followers knows about your event
  • publicity through online calendars and local media presence
  • tools for measuring the success of the event including surveying guests and tracking expenses
